Two private guest studios in my 1819 Parisian home, in the heart of the Theatre District

— Welcome to My 1819 Parisian Home
The moment you step into the grand entrance hall, you'll understand why I fell in love with this building.
I live on what was traditionally known as the noble floor — the most prestigious level of the building, distinguished by its generous ceiling heights and grand proportions. Within my home I’ve created two private guest studios for travelers who want to experience Paris from the heart of an authentic Parisian neighborhood — with the privacy of their own space and a host close at hand.
Original moldings, hand-painted medallions, crystal chandeliers, herringbone parquet and ceilings soaring up to 13 feet — I’ve preserved the soul of early 19th-century Paris while adding the comforts of today.

Cozy, intimate and full of character, this little duplex has a sleeping mezzanine tucked beneath the original moldings. A charming choice for a romantic Paris escape

— Bonjour, I'm Lia
For 13 years, I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming travelers from around the world to Paris. For the past four years, I’ve been doing so from my own 1819 home in the 9th arrondissement. I opened my home because I love sharing the Paris I know and love — not just its famous landmarks, but the little places that make everyday Paris so special.
I particularly love the 9th for its lively streets, beautiful architecture, wonderful bakeries and neighborhood cafés. I’m always happy to share my favorite addresses and hidden corners, and I’m just a message away — in English or in French.

Double-glazed windows, a white-noise machine and complimentary earplugs.
a curated selection of French wines, Champagne and treats is available.
Stay connected — reliable Wi-Fi throughout both studios
I speak English and French and usually reply within an hour — before, during and after your stay.
— Paris 9th · Metro Cadet
Just steps from the Cadet market and Rue des Martyrs, one of Paris’s best-loved food streets, the 9th is a lively neighborhood where locals shop, meet friends and linger over coffee.
Metro Cadet is right across the street, with Line 7 taking you directly to Opéra and the Louvre. Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are about a 15-minute walk away, and both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports are easily reachable by public transportation.
Historic playhouses, covered passages, cafés, bakeries and bistros all around.
15 minutes on foot to Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette; Montmartre just up the hill.

My personal guide to the 9th — my favorite bakery, cafés, wine bars and bistros — is shared with you once your stay is booked.
